    ニューヨークチーズケーキ | New York cheesecake 表面はこんがりと~湯煎焼きにするので中はとろりんクリーミーに焼き上がれば「NYチーズケーキ」の出来上がり! ベイクドチーズケーキ、レアチーズケーキ、スフレチーズケーキとチーズケーキの種類も沢山ありますが、皆さんはどれがお好みですか? チャンネル登録お願いします♪ Subscribe to my channel https://www.youtube.com/user/soramomo0403 【Ingredients】5.9inch (15cm)round Cake Pan crust: 70g cracker crumbs 35g melted unsalted butter filling: 200g Cream cheese *softened   65g granulated sugar 90g Sour cream 2 Eggs(beaten egg)(100g) 100g Heavy whipping cream 5g Lemon juice 12g  flour 【Directions】 Preparation: Spread out parchment paper on the bottom and sides of a cake pan.(cover with aluminum foil) Beat the egg well and weigh the needed amount. Preheat the oven to 170℃. ①Mix the crushed crackers with the melted butter thoroughly. Spread on the bottom of the cake pan. ②Pack the crackers into a mold covered in parchment paper, pressing down firmly Let it sit in the fridge. ③Take the granulated sugar and mix it into the softened cream cheese with a Whisk. ④ blend all the ingredients of the filling with  a whisk. Sour cream→Beaten egg→Heavy whipping cream→Sifted flour→Lemon juice ⑤Finally,sieve the mixture into a bowl. Boil water. ⑥Put the mixture in the pan. ⑦Pour hot water in the baking sheet about 2cm. ⑧Bake it in the preheated oven (170°C) for 40 mins. Turn down the oven heat to (160°C)and bake for 15 mins. ⑨Cool the cake in the pan, and when it's completely cool, cover  with plastic Wrap and put it in the fridge. *Let sit in the fridge overnight, and it'll be so delicious the next day♪ *About the water-bath baking By having hot water in the baking sheet, the cake becomes moist. 【材料】15cm 丸型 クラスト: 砕いたクラッカー 70g 溶かしバター 35g フィリング: クリームチーズ 200g グラニュー糖 65g サワークリーム 90g 卵2個(100g) おおよそM2個 生クリーム(乳脂肪分36%) 100g レモン果汁 5g 薄力粉 12g 【作り方】 下準備: 型には底の部分とサイドにクッキングシートを敷いておく。 (底取れ型を使うときはお湯が入るので底の部分をアルミホイルで覆う) 卵は溶いて必要量、計量しておく。 オーブンは170℃に温めておく。 ①クラッカーは厚手の袋などに入れて麺棒などで細かく砕いて、溶かしたバターを加えてよくもんで混ぜる。 ②型のの底に①のクラッカーを平らにならししっかりと上から押さえつけて使うまで冷蔵庫へ入れておく。 ③ボウルに柔らかくしたクリームチーズとグラニュー糖を入れてよく混ぜる。 ④残りの材料を順に加えてその都度よく混ぜる。 サワークリーム、溶き卵、生クリーム、ふるった薄力粉、レモン果汁 ⑤材料が全部混ざったらこれを一旦目の細かいザルなどで濾す。 湯煎焼きに使うお湯を沸かす。 ⑥型に④の生地を流し入れる。 ⑦あればアルミのバットなどに④を置きお湯を型の2cmくらいまでくるように注ぎ入れる。 無ければ天板に型を置きお湯を注ぎ入れる。 ⑧170℃に温めたオーブンで40分焼き、その後160℃に下げて15分ほど焼く。 ⑨焼き上がったら型のまま冷まし、冷めたら上にラップをして冷蔵庫で冷やす。 *翌日の方が美味しくなります。 *湯煎焼きにすることでしっとりと焼き上がります。

    We made a completely black soup! With an innocent-faced white ghost made of dumpling flour floating in the middle, it's an ideal snack or dessert for after lunch. * Recipe * To make the white ghost flour ball (normal sized ghost 7, small sized ghost 6) 1. Add 90g of silken tofu to 100g of rice flour and knead well. The amount of water varies depending on the silken tofu. Be careful not to make it too soft. 2. Somehow, mold it into a ghost shape. The standard size is 15g for a normal ghost and 8g for a small ghost. 2. Pass through boiling water. Boil the white ball for about 1 minute. 3. Cool in ice water and place on an oven sheet. 4. Draw a face with black food dye and a small amount of water. Draw this after the surface has dried a bit. Bamboo skewers are useful for drawing mouths and rounded eyes. To make the black soup 5. Put 60g black sesame paste, 20g honey and 20g sugar in a small pan. 6. Add 150g of hot water little by little, and mix. 7. Add 50g of milk and mix. 8. When it starts boiling, add 3g of starch and 15g of water to add a little thickness. 9. Place the result of step 4 in the bowl and pour the result of step 8 over it. 10. Bon appetit! Rice flour dumplings don't float. ...Yeah, of course we knew that... (whoops) 真っ黒いスープを作りました。 とぼけた顔の白玉おばけを浮かべて、おやつや食後のデザートにどうぞ。 *レシピ* おばけ白玉を作ります(目安 普通サイズおばけ7 ちびサイズおばけ6 ) 1.白玉粉 100gに絹ごし豆腐 90gを加えよくこねる。絹ごし豆腐によって水分量が違うので様子を見ながら加えてこねる。柔らかくしすぎないように気をつける。 2.なんとなく おばけの形に成形する。大きさの目安は普通おばけ15g、チビおばけ 8gです。 2.沸騰したお湯で茹でる。白玉が浮いてきたら1分ほど茹でる。 3.氷水にとり冷やし、オーブンシートなどの上に並べる。 4.黒の食用色素を少量の水で溶き顔を描く。3の表面が少し乾いてから描く。丸で目を先端で口などを描くのに竹串が便利でした。 黒いスープを作ります 5.小鍋に黒ごまペースト 60g、ハチミツ 20g、砂糖 20gを入れる。 6.お湯 150gを少しずつ加えながら混ぜる。 7.牛乳 50gも入れ混ぜる。 8.火にかけ沸騰してきたら、片栗粉 3gを水 15gで溶いたものを加え、ほんの少しとろみを付ける。 9.器に4を並べ、8を注ぐ。 10.いただきます。白玉団子は浮かないよ。。。ええ、もちろんそんな事は知ってたさ(汗) #halloween #ghost #dark #black #soup #recipe #howto

    Candy corn, either you love it or you hate it! This version tastes somewhat like the commercially made versions but it is a lot tastier. It is easier to make than you think. 1 cup white sugar 2/3 cups light corn syrup 1/3 cup butter 1 tsp vanilla 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar 1/3 cup powdered milk 1/4 tsp salt red and orange gel or paste food colour Combine the powdered sugar, salt and powdered milk in a bowl, set aside. In a medium sized saucepan, place granulated sugar, corn syrup and butter. Stir and heat over medium heat until it comes to a gentle boil. Turn the heat up to medium/high and continue to cook, stirring occasionally until the temperature reaches between 245-255 F. Most recipes on the interwebs tells you to heat to 230 F. I didn't have much success with that. Once at temperature, take the pot off the heat and stir in the vanilla and the powdered sugar mixture. Stir until smooth. Turn out onto a surface covered with foil, waxed paper or a silicone mat. Divide into three portions. Tint one yellow and one orange by working food colour into the dough with a spatula. Allow to cool enough so that you can handle it with your hands. Follow methods outlined in video to get your candy corn pieces. ***if your dough get too hard too fast, place the pieces in the microwave for 5 seconds at a time until pliable**** Cut into pieces and allow to cool and dry at room temperature for a couple of hours. Store in an airtight container. The pieces may stick together slightly, but a gentle shake of the container with split them up nicely.   • Creepy Candy Spiders for Halloween

    **CAUTION** Molten candy is very hot and can CAUSE SERIOUS BURNS. This is NOT a suitable recipe/method for children. These would also make a very nice decoration to add to a halloween cake 🙂 I won't lie, these spiders can be time consuming, but the result is so awesome! A few of these candy spiders on a platter for a Halloween would be fun. These are delicate and break easily and probably won't travel well. They start to melt a bit in a humid climate within 8-10 hours and will get sticky. These are best made and consumed the same day 🙂 You will need: Werther's Original caramel candies (about 2 candies per spider) Macadamia nuts Whole peanuts Brown food colour Vodka or some other kind of clear alcohol Place caramels several inches apart on a cookie sheet covered with silicone mat or parchment. Bake at 325F for 5-6 minutes or until they melt into a puddle. I found that the best time to take them out was when small bubbles start to form in the puddles (but not too many). These will scorch and burn REALLY fast, so don't leave the kitchen when melting them. Set a timer or park yourself in front of your oven door and watch them. Once melted you have a couple of choices: -Use a toothpick to pull and draw the melted candy into little check mark ( L) shapes. I found that pulling the end of the leg into a very thin pointy shape looks best. -Allow to cool until set and then remove legs OR - allow the caramel puddle to cool enough so you can mold it into a spider leg with your fingers. **BE CAREFUL MOLTEN CANDY CAN CAUSE SERIOUS BURNS** You will have sore fingers at the end of this endeavour, but you may end up with better looking legs. Either way you will have to put the caramels back into the oven to soften for a few minutes as these harden super quick. ***MAKE MANY MANY MANY EXTRA LEGS, AS BREAKAGE IS INEVITABLE ***** You will use the caramel to attach the head (peanut) to the body (macadamia). You can use some of the melted caramel from your cookie sheet pieces or you can melt a couple in a small pot or skillet on the stove on low heat and just grab small dabs with a toothpick. If you have salted nuts just wipe them off a little to remove and salt and oil. You can use a creme brule torch to heat the ends of the spider legs to melt them and attach them to the body. I just dipped the end of the legs into melted candy in my little skillet and pressed and held them to the body until set. Mix a little bit (tiny, tiny bit) of brown food colour with a tablespoon or so of vodka and use a pastry brush or clean paintbrush to "paint" body and tops of legs. You can skip mixing it with the alcohol if you want, but diluting it allows you to use less and avoids having concentrated food colour on the spider (this can taste bad and make everyone have brown tongues and teeth, lol).     Make a no-bake cheesecake pie that will have people talking! Gory gelatin eyeball pie. One eyeball per serving! 1 (3-oz) box Strawberry Jell-O 3 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin 1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk boiling water and cold water Blueberries food colour 1/4 cup white sugar Eyeballs- white part: Sprinkle 2 envelopes of gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water. Allow to sit for a few minutes. Add 1/2 up boiling water and stir until gelatin dissolves. Mix one cup of boiling water with one can of sweetened condensed milk. Add gelatin/water mix and stir until smooth. Allow to cool to room temperature. Eyeballs- Iris: I made way to much of this mixture, so you could probably scale this down. Sprinkle an envelope of gelatin over 1/2 cup water, allow to sit for a few minutes. Add 1/2 cup boiling water and 1/4 cup white sugar. Stir until gelatin and sugar are dissolved. Pour into small bowls, the number will depend on the number of eye colours you want. Add food colour to achieve desired eye colour. Grease bottom and top of sphere mold lightly with cooking spray. Place small amount of coloured liquid in first to form iris and then add a blueberry in the center. Chill until firm. Fill sphere molds with the room temperature white liquid. Allow to chill for at least an hour, if you peek too soon the liquid with make a mess. Unmold and refrigerate. Pie: I used this recipe for the pie except I left out the fruit in the gelatin layer https://www.myfoodandfamily.com/recipe/063825/summer-berry-cheesecake-pie Place eyeballs in the gelatin mixture making sure that the gelatin is at room temperature so your eyeball don't melt.     きょうは、オイルで作るシンプルなマフインです。ぐるぐる混ぜるだけで簡単に出来ちゃいますよ。 全卵とオイルをしっかりと乳化させるのがポイントです。上手に混ざればむっちりな朝食にもおやつにもぴったりなマフィンになります。 きび砂糖だとコクが出るのでおススメなんですが、無ければグラニュー糖でも上白糖でもいいです^^ ヨーグルトはダノンヨーグルトの4連パックの1個を使っています。 ラッピングすれば翌日プレゼントにも♪ ひゃほーーーい! チャンネル登録お願いします♪ Subscribe to my channel https://www.youtube.com/user/soramomo0403 【Ingredients】Baking cup(Φ 4.5cmH3.5cm) 6servings 1Egg(Medium))*beaten egg(room temperature) 70g  Vegetable oil (Any oil you like) 70g Plain yogurt 20g  Milk(room temperature)   150g Cake flour 70g cane sugar   3g baking powder  【Directions】 Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180°C. ①Beat the egg well and add the oil little by little and mix well with a whisk. ②Add yogurt,milk and mix well. ③Shift and add cake flour, cane sugar and baking powder, and mix. ④Line the muffin tray with glassine paper, pour in the batter. ⑤Bake it in the preheated oven (180°C) for about 15-16 mins. ⑥When they're baked, cool them on a cake cooler. memo Stick into the muffins with a bamboo skewer and if nothing sticks to the skewer, it's done. However, if you bake them too much, they will be dry, so please be careful. The baking time depends on pans, bake for the proper time. When the heat went away, put it in a plastic bag or wrap it. 【材料】カップの底の直径は4.5cm高さ3.5cm(6個出来ます♪) 卵(M) 1個(室温) 米油(又は太白胡麻油、サラダ油など) 70g プレーンヨーグルト 70g 牛乳(室温) 20g 薄力粉 150g きび砂糖 70g ベーキングパウダー 3g   【作り方】 準備:オーブンは180℃に温めておく ①卵はよく溶いて、ここに油を少しずつ加えながら泡立て器でよく混ぜる。 (分離した状態から卵と油がきちんと混ぜ合わさった状態にする) ②ヨーグルト、牛乳を加えてよく混ぜる。 ③薄力粉、きび砂糖、ベーキングパウダーをふるって加え、泡立て器でぐるぐる混ぜる。 ④マフィン型に生地を流し入れる。 ⑤予熱したオーブン(180℃)で15〜16分ほど焼く。 ⑤焼きあがったら、ケーキクーラーの上で冷ます。 竹串に何もついてこなければ焼き上がりですが、焼きすぎるとパサパサになってしまうので、焼きすぎないようにする。 冷めたら乾燥しないようにビニール袋などに入れる。

    バターが高いのでオイルのクッキーを焼きました。 粉の中に加えたのは「オリーブオイル!」 ザクザク~の固いクッキーはちょー私好み♡ なんなら桃なんかも林檎並みに固いのが好きです。 バターのクッキーと比べると風味の点で負けますが、食べ物は勝ち負けでなく好みだと思うので、作る人が美味しければそれでいいと思います。キッチンにパスタでしか使わないオリーブオイルが残っていたら、このクッキーぜひ作ってみてください^^ 塩ひとつまみと言いながら三回もつまんで入れてしまってごめんなさい! チャンネル登録お願いします♪ Subscribe to my channel https://www.youtube.com/user/soramomo0403 【Ingredients】2cm cube×18 100g Cake flour 45g cane sugar (or granulated sugar) a pinch of salt  37g Olive oil Vanilla oil 【Directions】 ①Combine all ingredients and make a dough. ②Roll out dough and form into about 2cm thick rectangle on parchment paper. ③Place in refrigerate for 1 hour. ④Cut dough into 2cm cubes and place onto prepped sheet. ⑤Bake in the preheated oven (160°C) for 15 minutes. (Just-baked cookies are fragile, leave them on the baking sheet and cool.) 【材料】2cm角18個 薄力粉100g きび砂糖 45g (グラニュー糖でもok) 塩ひとつまみ オリーブオイル 37g 今回はAjinomoto ExtraVirgin OliveOilを使いました バニラオイル 【作り方】 ①ボウルに薄力粉、きび砂糖、塩をふるい入れてよく混ぜたら、オリーブオイル、バニラオイルを加えて混ぜる。 ②生地をひとまとめにしたらクッキングシートにはさんで、生地を2cm厚さに伸ばす(6×12cmの長方形にする) ③冷蔵庫でそのまま1時間ほど生地を休ませる。 ④生地を2cm角に切る。 ⑤160℃に温めたオーブンで15分焼いて出来上がり! 焼き上がり後すぐは崩れやすいので天板のまま冷ます。 *ダイソーのクッキーカッターでスタンプ風に模様をつけてみました。好きな形に成形してください^^ 冷めるとしっかりと固くなるのでラッピングして持ち運びも全然okです!

    I baked this bread so many times,I love this bread.Enjoy! 100均のケーキ型でプレゼント用にパンが焼けないか色んな型とレシピでパン作りしてみました。12cmの丸型でやってみたらきのこみたいな形になって面白いので今回はこの型を使用。生地は生クリームをたっぷり使って翌日もふんわりもっちりを楽しめるようにしました。 ごうかいに手でちぎって食べてください^^ プレゼントにも、食べきりサイズでぴったり! チャンネル登録お願いします♪ Subscribe to my channel https://www.youtube.com/user/soramomo0403 【Ingredients】12cm round Cake Pan   ★160g  Bread flour ★14g  Sugar  ★2g Salt ●80g water ●2g  Dry yeast ●25g Heavy Whipping cream 12g Unsalted butter(room temperature) For Topping: 10g Melted salted butter For glazing: 1 tsp Heavy Whipping cream 【Directions】 ①Combine water and dry yeast. ②Combine the dry ingredients (★)and mix together with a whisk. ③Add ①and  mix. ④Put it on the table and knead. (10mins) ⑤Add butter and knead more. (5mins) ⑥Round the dough when it becomes smooth, put it into a warm place or oven (about 35℃). (first fermentation) ⑦ Take out the dough when it becomes double size and push it by hand to release the gas,and and round and place the sealed edge of dough downward. Then cover with a thick cloth and a tea towel which is dampened with hot water and wrung tightly ( important) for 15 minutes. ⑧Press the dough with your hands to release gas in the dough and deflate and round,then place in a lightly greased  tin. ⑨Cover the dough with plastic wrap to prevent from drying. Let the dough rise in a warm place until the dough has doubled in size, about 30 minutes. ⑩with a pastry bruh,coat the dough with Heavy Whipping cream for glazing. ⑪Bake it in the preheated oven (190°C) for about 17 mins. ⑫Once bread is baked, transfer to a wire rack and let it cool. *Serve immediately or store in an airtight container or bag after it’s been cooled. *Baking time will vary according to your oven so please adjust accordingly. *Be careful not to let the dough dry out when you are letting it rise or rest. 【材料】12cm丸型ひとつ分 ★強力粉 160g (国産強力粉:春よ恋) ★砂糖 14g  ★塩  2g   ●水 80g ●ドライイースト(赤サフ) 2g ●生クリーム 25g (タカナシ純生クリーム35%)  無塩バター(室温) 12g 艶出し用: 生クリーム 小さじ1 トッピング用: 溶かした有塩バター 10g 【作り方】 ①牛乳と水、ドライイーストを混ぜる。 ②ボウルに材料(★)を入れて泡立て器で混ぜる。 ③①を粉の中央に加えて混ぜる。 ④テーブルの上に置きこねる。 (約10分) ⑤バターを加えてさらにこねる。 (約5分) 捏ねあがりの目安は生地を伸ばしてみて薄く膜が張ったように伸びてくれればOkです。捏ね不足だと薄く綺麗に伸びません。 ⑥生地が滑らかになったら丸めて、暖かい場所またはオーブン(約35℃)に入れる。 (一次発酵) ⑦生地が2倍位になったら取り出し、手で押してガスを抜いて、生地を丸めなおし、15分休ませる。 (乾燥しないように上に濡らした固く絞った布巾などを被せる) ⑧生地を手で押して生地内のガスを出し、丸めてバターを塗ったケーキ型に入れる。(またはクッキングシートをカットして敷く) ⑨2倍位になるまで暖かい場所またはオーブン(約35℃)に入れる。 (二次発酵) ⑩生地を傷つけないように上に生クリームを刷毛で塗る。 ⑪190℃に温めたオーブンで17分焼く。 19分焼くとサイドももっとしっかりと焼けます。 焼き上がり後に溶かしバターを上に塗る。 バターのあとにグラニュー糖をかけても美味しいです。 ⑫ワイヤーラックの上で冷ます。 *焼き上がったらすぐに食べないときは密閉容器かビニール袋に保存します。 *焼く時間はオーブンによって異なりますので、それに応じて調整しお願いします。 *発酵中やベンチタイム、成形時は生地が乾燥しないよう気を付けて下さい。(乾燥するとパンが膨らみません、手早くやること、濡れ布巾などを被せるのも乾燥を防いでくれます) *レシピはどうぞ変えずに作ってください、生クリームを牛乳に替えるのもNGです。なぜなら、成分が全く異なるからです。

    Very moist and deliciously easy! かぼちゃが少し残っていたので、チョコチップを加えてマフィンに!バターが相変わらず品薄なので、生クリームを使うレシピにしてみました。マッシュかぼちゃと生クリームでしっとり濃厚でいい感じです。焼きたての方が美味しいですが、前日の夜焼いて翌日プレゼントしても大丈夫です♡ ハロウィンのイベント用にに一口サイズのかぼちゃマフィンぜひ作ってみてください^^ 【Ingredients】Mini cupcake mold, bottom Φ3.5cmH2cm  (14 muffins) 140g Kabocha Squash  (Japanese Pumpkin) net weight140g 35g  Sugar 100g Heavy Whipping cream   1Egg(large)*beaten egg(room temperature) 100g  Cake flour 30g Almond flour 3g baking powder 50g Chocolate Chip 【Directions】 ①Remove the kabocha skin and cut, then put them in a heat-resistant container and wrap, and soften them in the microwave. (for 3 mins at 600W) Preheat the oven at 170°C. ②mash it while it's hot, add sugar and Heavy Whipping cream, and mix well each time. ③Add beaten egg, mix well. ④Shift and add cake flour, almond flour and baking powder, and mix. ⑤Add chocolate chip mix. ⑥Put the mixture into a pastry bag, and squeeze it into muffin cups. ⑦Bake it in the preheated oven (170°) for about 16 mins, and serve! 【材料】マフインカップ底Φ3.5cmH2cm 14個 南瓜(正味) 140g 砂糖 35g 生クリーム 100g 卵(L)1個 薄力粉 100g アーモンドプードル 30g ベーキングパウダー 3g チョコチップ 50g 【作り方】 ①南瓜は皮の部分を取り除き、小さく切ったら耐熱容器に入れたら、ラップをして電子レンジ600w3分ほど加熱して柔らかくする。 電子レンジを使い終えたら、オーブンを170℃に予熱スタート。 ②南瓜が熱い内に潰して、砂糖、生クリームを加えてよく混ぜ合わせる。 ③溶き卵を加えてよく混ぜる。 ④薄力粉、アーモンドプードル、ベーキングパウダーをふるって加え粉っ気が無くなるようにざっと混ぜる。 ⑤最後にベイクド用のチョコチップを加えて混ぜる。 ⑥生地を絞り袋に入れて、マフィンカップに絞り入れる。 ⑦170℃に温めたオーブンに入れて約16分ほど焼いて出来上がり。

    Fig season is here! We made this to serve three or four people. It was so delicious we ended up eating it all at once. This is a desert that lets you fully savor the deliciousness of figs! We tried creating a cookie layer in the middle of the glass to make it look like it was floating in midair, but the cookie soaked up the syrup and collapsed in about two hours. We knew it would happen, but we wanted to try anyway. Special Moso shout out to McVitie's Digestive Biscuits, who rose to the challenge of staying tasty under all these liquid ingredients! Sliced figs are just so pretty! It was good to get to see them again. Recipe (for three or four glasses) Making the syrup 1. Peel and cut three figs (210g). 2. Add 10g of granulated sugar, 5g of lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon of kirschwasser and puree. 3. Separate 85g from 2. 4. Cut one fig to an easy-to-eat size, mix with the leftovers from 3., and refrigerate. Making the mousse 5. Add 30g of granulated sugar to one egg white and make a foamy meringue. 6. Mix 5. into 200g of Greek yogurt. 7. Put a biscuit in a glass and add 3. 8. Add 6. 9. Mix 3. in with a broken-up cookie. 10. If extra syrup is left over from 3., pour it into somewhere that's visible from the outside. 11. Add 6. 12. Let chill in a refrigerator. 13. Add 4. and decorate with one cut fig. 14. It's ready. This way tastes better than eating figs straight. いちじくの季節到来。 3・4人前を想定して作りました。 あまりの美味しさに即完食。 いちじくの美味しさが存分に味わえるデザートになりました。 クッキーでグラスの途中に層を作り、空中に浮かんでいるようにしましたが、シロップを吸ったクッキーは2時間ほどで崩落。 わかっちゃいたけどやってみたかったのだ。水分と重みに耐えてくれたマクビティのダイジェスティブビスケットよ、私達の挑戦に応えてくれてありがとう! それにしても いちじくの断面キレイ過ぎる。 再認識いたしました。 *レシピ*(グラス 3・4個分) シロップを作ります 1.いちじく 3個(210g)の皮を剥き、切る。 2.グラニュー糖 10g、レモン汁 5g、キルシュワッサー 小さじ 1/2を入れピューレにする。 3.2から85g取り分ける。 4.いちじく 1個を食べやすい大きさに切り、3の残りに入れ混ぜ、冷蔵庫で冷やしておく。 ムースを作ります 5.卵白 1個分にグラニュー糖 30gを入れ泡立てメレンゲを作る。 6.ギリシャヨーグルト 200gに5を入れ混ぜる。 7.グラスにビスケットを入れ、3を入れる。 8.6を入れる。 9.適当に割ったクッキーを3に絡め入れる。 10.3のシロップが残ったら外から見える位置に入れる。 11.6を入れる。 12.冷蔵庫で冷やす。 13.4を入れ、切った いちじく 1個でデコする。 14.でけた。いちじくをそのまま食べるより好きな味だ。 #Fig #syrup #dessert #いちじく

    世界のお菓子シリーズ、今回はスペインのおやつ レチェフリータ leche frita を作りました。 直訳すると“揚げた牛乳”。 シナモンとレモンの香り、もちもち とろり とした初めての食感。 異国のお菓子感に盛り上がること間違いなし。 屋台で売ってみたくなるおやつでした。 屋台に憧れている妄想グルメです。 *レシピ* 1.鍋に牛乳 350gを沸騰させないように温める。 2.レモンの皮 半個分、シナモンステック 1本を入れ、蓋をして30分ほどそのまま置く。 3.牛乳 120gにコーンスターチ 55gを入れ混ぜる。 4.ボウルに卵黄 2個、砂糖 45gを入れ混ぜる。 5.4に3を入れ混ぜる。 6.2からレモンの皮とシナモンステックを取り出す。 7.6に5を入れ混ぜる。 8.火にかける。焦がさないようにかき混ぜながらトロットするまで煮る。 9.バニラエッセンス、無塩バター 15gを加え混ぜる。 10.オーブンシートを敷き込んだお好みの型(今回 15センチスクエア型)に9を流し入れる。 11.台荷に打ち付け、空気を抜き、平らにならす。 12.ラップを密着させてかぶせる。粗熱が取れたら冷蔵庫に入れ、2時間ほど冷やす。 13.お好みの大きさに切り分ける。 14.薄力粉 20gを薄く付け、溶き卵 1個も付ける。 15.フライパンに少し多めの植物油を入れ、14を焼く。 16.温かいうちにグラニュー糖 45gをまぶしつける。お好みでシナモンを加える。 17.できた。焼き立てはもちろん、冷やしてたべてもおいしいよ。 妄想グルメがいままでに作った世界のお菓子 MosoGourmet's World Sweets Videos ↓ 龍髭糖(ロンソートン 龍の髭飴)https://youtu.be/kyB0TktM2No Foi Thong (鶏卵素麺)あるいはFios de ovos https://youtu.be/awumN7umiEI Pavlova https://youtu.be/57x5tEHBOyI Far Breton https://youtu.be/h2OK82o-8EY This time we've made the Spanish dessert, "leche frita", which is literally translated "fried milk". The fragrant cinnamon and lemon combined with the soft, sticky texture is unlike anything we've ever had before. This dessert is something we felt would be really exciting to sell at a food stall! *Recipe* 1. Warm 350 g of milk in a pot, but don't let it come to a boil. 2. Add half a lemon peel and 1 cinnamon stick, then cover with a lid and let it sit for 30 minutes. 3. Mix 55 g of corn starch into 120 g of milk. 4. Mix 2 egg yolks and 45 g of sugar in a bowl. 5. Add the contents of step 3 into step 4. 6. Remove the lemon peel and cinnamon stick from step 2. 7. Add the contents of step 5 into the contents of step 6. 8. Put to heat. Keep stirring to prevent it from burning, allowing it to simmer until it becomes thick. 9. Add vanilla extract and 15 g of unsalted butter. 10. Pour the contents of 9 into into a baking pan of your preferred shape (this time, we used a 15 square inch pan) after lining it with a piece of parchment paper. 11. Drop the pan onto a hard surface a few times to remove air bubbles and flatten the mixture. 12. Seal with a piece of plastic wrap. Let it cool slightly before putting it in the fridge to cool for around 2 hours. 13. Cut out pieces to your liking. 14. Sprinkle 20 g of baking flour and add 1 beaten egg. 15. Put a generous amount of vegetable oil on a frying pan and fry the contents of 14. 16. Add 45 g of granulated sugar while still warm. Add cinnamon to taste. 17. All done.     Super simple quick pickled beans recipe. Great for using seasonal veggies. These must be kept refrigerated. The following ingredients are to be divided between two 500ml (2 cup) jars. 6 sprigs dill 2 cloves (or more) of garlic 1 tbsp pickling spice 1 lb green beans trimmed 2 cups white vinegar 1 tbsp pickling or kosher salt (or plain salt) 3 cups water Place veggies, garlic, pickling spice and dill in clean jars. Bring water, vinegar and salt to a boil in a saucepan. Pour hot liquid into jars filling to top, and add lids. Allow to cool to room temperature and then store in the refrigerator. Ready to eat within 24 hours and will keep in the fridge for two weeks (I've kept mine longer than that, but that's what the recipe says).     This recipe is very impressive looking and would be perfect for Valentines Day or for a pot luck or if you are having a dinner party. Recipe found in an old magazine. Brownies: 2 eggs 3/4 cup softened butter 1/4 milk 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/3 cup almond powder 1/4 cup cocoa powder 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted 1 cup nuts (optional) Mousse: 4 egg yolks 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 cups milk 1 tsp cornstarch diluted into a little water 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 packages unflavoured gelatin (1/4 oz, 7g) 1/4 cup cold water 1/2 cup boiling water 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted 1 cup whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks Preheat oven to 350 F Brownies: Beat eggs and sugar together and then incorporate the butter, flour, milk, baking powder and chocolate. Add in the nuts and mix well. Pour into a greased 9 inch cake pan or 9" spring form pan. Bake 35-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or with just a few moist crumbs. Set aside to cool. Mousse: In a saucepan or double boiler, over low heat, combine the egg yolks and the sugar, add in the milk, cornstarch (mixed in water) and the vanilla extract. Stir continuously and heat until mixture thickens slightly and coats the back of the spoon. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin packets over the cold water. Allow to sit until gelatin absorbs the water. Add the boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Pour the gelatin mixture into the chocolate mousse mixture and stir. Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes, when the mixture starts to set, incorporate the whipped cream. Spoon mousse over cooled brownie layer and then chill for 2-3 hours until mousse is set.     We made a steamed bun that looks like a watermelon. Ironically, it's strawberry flavored! This is a part of our "watermelon" themed video series. This is the last installment for this year. Thank you everybody for your support this year! *Recipe* (Will make 2 round pieces 12cm in size) 1. Mix together the following: 2 eggs, 50g of milk, 50g of sugar-free yogurt, 30g of granulated sugar, 25g of vegetable oil. 2. Mix in 200g of pancake mix. 3. Divide the dough into 2 portions of 90g each. 4. Add and mix in 3g of strawberry powder into the remainder of 3. 5. Add and mix in 6g of dried blueberries. 6. Add and mix in 4g of green tea powder dissolved in a small amount of hot water with one of the portions from 3. 7. Take a heaped tablespoon of 6 and mix in 1g of dark coco powder that's been dissolved in a small amount of hot water. 8. Other than 5, put the remaining dough into a piping bag. 9. Pour 5 onto a mold that's been lined with baking paper. 10. Pour in the order of white dough first, followed by the green. 11. Create patterns by using the black dough. 12. Steam for 13min. 13. Done! Enjoy it while reminiscing about summer.
