    Mini pancakes♡ This is a simple pancakes and delicious even when cold. It is easy to make at home. これは最近よく作ってる豆乳パンケーキ。 というよりも娘のお持ち帰り用冷凍okのパンケーキです~。 下記の分量で焼くと5-6cmサイズでちょうど30枚焼けます。 いえ、レシピ調整して30枚焼けるようにしました。 計量スプーンの大さじですくって生地を焼くといい具合に丸く可愛く焼けます。 砂糖も甘すぎずの量なので、生ハムと野菜も合いますよ! なにより嬉しいのは生地がもっちりとそして冷めても美味しいこと♡ ぜひ作ってもらいたいパンケーキ生地です。 何回もレシピ調整したので自信作です。 苺を乗せて粉糖をふると、クリスマスリースのようになるので、持ち寄りパーティーにも◎ 焼いてタッパーに詰めて、会場で仕上げます^^ まずはおうちで焼いて食べてみてくださいまし! チャンネル登録お願いします♪ Subscribe to my channel https://www.youtube.com/user/soramomo0403 【Ingredients】 1Egg(50g) 45g granulated sugar 60g plain yogurt 100g Soy milk(or Milk) 140g Cake flour 7g Baking powder Vanilla oil 15g Melted butter  *strawberries *non melting powdered sugar  【Directions】 ①Put the egg in a bowl, gently beat the egg. Add sugar to the beaten egg, mix until the all sugar is dissolved. ②Add the plain yogurt and Soy milk,mix well. ③Add the sifted flour and baking powder mix,gently mix the flour from the centre. ④Add the vanilla oil and melted butter,mix well. ⑤Heat a frying pan to a medium heat. ⑥Put 1tbsp of batter into the pan and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. (Please cook on medium to low heat) ⑦Flip the pancake and cook for another 30 seconds. Do the same for the rest of the batter. ⑧Transfer the pancakes to a plate, top with strawberries and powdered sugar. *Non stick pan is recommended as you need no Oil. 【材料】5-6cm×30枚 卵 1個(50g) グラニュー糖 45g プレーンヨーグルト 60g 豆乳 100g (牛乳でも出来ますが、豆乳推し!) 薄力粉 140g ベーキングパウダー 7g バニラオイル 溶かしバター 15g *苺 *溶けない粉糖 【作り方】 ①ボウルに卵を割り入れ、砂糖を加えたらよく混ぜる。 (砂糖が溶ける位まで混ぜればOk) ②プレーンヨーグルト、豆乳の順に加えてよく混ぜる。 ③薄力粉とベーキングパウダーをふるい入れ、泡だて器で中心からていねいに混ぜる。 ④バニラオイル(またはバニラエッセンス)、溶かしバターを加えて混ぜる。 ⑤フライパンを中火で温める。 ⑥大さじ1杯の生地をフライパンに落としてスプーンで少しくるくるしながら5cm大きさにして泡がぷつぷつと出るまで焼く。 (火加減は中火から弱火の間で調整する) ⑦パンケーキをひっくり返して30秒ほど焼いて取り出す。 残りの生地も同様に焼く。 ⑧すべて焼けたらお皿に並べて、苺を飾って溶けない粉糖をかけて出来上がり♪ *テフロン加工のフライパンがおススメですが、無いときは薄く油をひいて余分な油はキッチンペーパーでふき取ってから焼いてください。 *冷凍するときは5枚ずつラップに包んでからジップロックなどの袋に入れて冷凍庫へ。 2週間を目安に食べきってください。

    スーパーで出会った“アルプス乙女”というミニりんご でりんご飴を作りました。甘さの中に酸味もあり、ミニだけど ちゃんと りんごの“アルプス乙女”。 お祭りの屋台でおなじみのストリートスイーツといえばりんご飴(あるいはチョコバナナ) パリパリでツヤツヤ 家で作るりんご飴、最高でした。 *レシピ*(10~15個) 1.りんごは洗い、水気をよく拭き取る。軸を取り除く。 2.棒をさす。 3.小鍋に上白糖 100g、水 60gを入れよく混ぜる。 4.火にかける。煮立ったら中火にし、そのまま触らずに煮詰める。 5.155~160度になったら火から下ろす。温度計がない場合は水に竹串などでひとすくい落とし、カリッと固まればOKです。時間にして10分くらい煮詰めます。 6.泡が少し落ち着いたら、2をくるりと回して飴をまとわせ、オーブンシートに置きます。飴がどんどんかたくなるので作業は手早く。やけどに注意して! 7.でけた。りんごのみずみずしさと甘い飴のパリパリ感が最高でした。 7本ほど飴をまとわせた時点で、飴がかたく、重たくなってしまったので、再度火にかけ、緩めてから作業しましたが、白く結晶化したりせず、最後までツヤツヤにできました。 We used mini-apples that we found at the supermarket that are called "Alps Otome" to make these candy apples. The sweetness is balanced with a tartness and although they are mini, "Alps Otome" apples are really apples! These reminded us of the festival stalls selling candy apples (or chocolate-coated bananas). Candy apples, with their hard, crisp, shiny coating are the best! *Recipe* (makes 10-15) 1. Wash the apples and wipe away any moisture. Remove the stem. 2. Insert a stick. 3. Add 100 grams of fine white sugar and 60 grams of water into a small pot and stir to combine well. 4. Turn on the heat. Reduce the heat to medium once it comes to a boil and continue heating without touching. 5. Once the mixture reaches 155 - 160 ℃, remove from the heat. If you don't have a thermometer, use a bamboo skewer or similar item to scoop up some of the sugar mixture and if it hardens when dropped, it is ready. It will take about 10 minutes to boil to this stage. 6. Once the bubbles subside a little, dip the apples from 2 in a circular fashion in the sugar mixture and place on an oven sheet. Work fast because the sugar will harden fast. Be careful not to burn yourself! 7. All done. The juicy apple and the sweet, crunchy sugar was amazing. After making about 7 candy apples the sugar became quite hard and dense, so we reheated the sugar mixture. It didn't crystallize, and all the candy apples turned out well having a shiny coating until the last one. #祭 #りんご飴 #林檎 #apple #candy #festival #ASMR #フルーツ飴

    まさかこんなにハマるとは思っていなかったアニメ「鬼滅の刃」。決定的だったのは第19話「ヒノカミ」の「竈門炭治郎の歌」をバックにしたアニメーション!禰豆子の「血鬼術 爆血!」は最終回かと思うくらいのクライマックスでした! 炭治郎がお父さんから「必ず途切れさせず継承していってくれ」「約束なんだ」と言われた耳飾り。僭越ながら作ってみました。 「俺と禰豆子の絆は誰にも、引き裂けない!」 *レシピ* 1.プラバンの裏を400番のヤスリ(ダイソー)でくるくると全面ヤスル。 2.全体が白くなったらウエットティッシュなどでゴミを落とす。 3.プラバンが乾いたら、ヤスリをかけた面に鉛筆で型紙を写し取る。 4.色鉛筆で着色する。 5.ハサミで枠のほんの少し内側を切る。 6.2分ほど予熱したオーブントースターで焼く。オーブンシートにのせ、オーブントースターに入れると数秒で縮んでくるので目を離さないこと。縮むのが止まったら一呼吸おいてオーブンシートごと取り出す。今回、縦長のデザインなので焼いている途中でひっくり返しになることが多かった。着色面(裏)を上にして焼き、ひっくり返って最終的に着色してない面(表)が上になるようにしました。10センチ以上の大きさのプラバンを焼くのは難しいようです。 7.熱に強い、固く平らな物の上に置き、金属のバットなどでプレスする。熱いので気をつけて! 8.冷めたら、色落ちを防ぐために水性トップコートスプレー(Mr.hobbyの つや消し)を裏面(色鉛筆面)にスプレーする。 9.1.5ミリのハンドドリル(キャンドゥ)やピンバイスで穴を空ける。 10.手芸店(ユザワヤ)で買ったイヤリングパーツとプラバンを9ピンで繋ぎました。ラジオペンチや指かん(ダイソー)も100円ショップで買うことができます。 11.でけた。 作る前にやっておくこと 1.プラバン(キャンドゥ)は5センチ四方に切り、板の方向を書き込んで試し焼きをする。板によって縦横の縮み方、反り方が異なるので、その板の性格を知っておくと便利です。 2.プラバンの縦横の方向と表裏が、わかるようにマスキングテープなどで印を付ける。 3.プラバンを切る。いくつか作る場合はデザインの縦横を同じ方向にする。プラバンの縮み方が揃ってきれいに仕上がる。 We never thought that the animated series "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" would be so addictive! The decisive moment was in episode 19, "Hinokami", the animation with "The song of Tanjiro Kamado" in the background! Nezuko's " Blood Art - Exploding Blood" was a climax was worthy of being the final episode. "I will let nobody break the bond between Nezuko and I!" *Recipe* 1. File down around the back of the plastic base with a number 400 file (sold at Daiso). 2. Use a wet tissue to remove dirt etc. when the plastic base becomes white. 4. When the plastic base has dried, use a pencil to trace onto pattern paper the face that was filed down. 5. Use scissors to cut a little into the frame. 6. Bake for about two minutes in a pre-heated oven toaster. Place on an oven sheet and do not let out of your sight as it will start to shrink in a few seconds. Once it stops shrinking, take one breath and remove from the oven, oven sheet and all. This time since the design was lengthwise, there were many times when it flipped over when being baked. We decided to put the colored face (the back) face up and bake, flipping it over so that in the end, the face without color (the front) ends up on top. It seems to be difficult to bake a plastic base that is over 10 cm. 7. Place on a hard, flat, heat-proof surface and press down with something like a metal plate. It's hot, so be careful. 8. Once it has cooled, spray the reverse side (the side that is marked with colored pencils) with topcoat spray (Mr. hobby's anti-gloss spray) to prevent discoloration. 9. Use a 1.5 mm hand drill (sold at Can-do) or a pin vice to create holes. 10. We connected the plastic base with an earring set bought at a craft shop (Yuzawaya). You can buy radio pliers or jump ring closing tools (Daiso) at 100 yen shops. 11. All done. Preparation: 1. Cut the plastic base (Can-do) into 5 cm squares and create markings in the direction of the base, then do some trial baking. According to the base, the way that it will shrink length-wise and width-wise will differ, so it is convenient to understand the characteristics of the base. 2. Use masking tape to indicate the frontside and backside of the plastic base. 3. Cut the plastic base. If you are making several at once, make sure to cut them in the same size length and width-wise. This will ensure that the plastic base will shrink in the same way when heated and turn out nicely. #KimetsunoYaiba #鬼滅の刃 #DIY #craft #DemonSlayer #ASMR

    I baked this bread so many times,I love this bread.Enjoy! 今度は100均のケーキ型(15cm丸形)でパンを焼いてみました。 これはずいぶん前に買ったものなので今は同じものはないかも知れませんがシリコン型が充実しているので、シリコン型でも◎ カットした時のお花みたいな感じがすごく可愛いです。 ひとつ焼いて半分にカットして誰かにあげるのにもぐー♪ このパンは中にキューブ型に小さく切ったクリームチーズとか入れてもすごく美味しいです。 つや出しは今回は豆乳を塗ってみました。優しい焼き色がつきます^^ チャンネル登録お願いします♪ Subscribe to my channel https://www.youtube.com/user/soramomo0403 【Ingredients】15cm round Cake Pan   ★160g  Bread flour ★15g  Sugar  ★2g Salt ●80g water ●2.5g  Dry yeast 32g Milk 12g Unsalted butter(room temperature)  50g Dried cranberries50g For glazing: 1 tsp Soy Milk (or Milk,Beaten Egg) 【Directions】 ①Combine water and dry yeast. ②Combine the dry ingredients (★)and mix together with a whisk. ③Add ①,Milk.  mix. ④Put it on the table and knead. (10mins) ⑤Add butter and knead more. (5mins) And add Dried cranberries. ⑥Round the dough when it becomes smooth, put it into a warm place or oven (about 35℃). (first fermentation) ⑦ Take out the dough when it becomes double size and push it by hand to release the gas,and and round and place the sealed edge of dough downward. Then cover with a thick cloth and a tea towel which is dampened with hot water and wrung tightly ( important) for 15 minutes. ⑧Press the dough with your hands to release gas in the dough and deflate and round,then place in a lightly greased  tin. ⑨Cover the dough with plastic wrap to prevent from drying. Let the dough rise in a warm place until the dough has doubled in size, about 30 minutes. ⑩with a pastry bruh,coat the dough with milk for glazing. ⑪Bake it in the preheated oven (190°C) for about 17 mins. ⑫Once bread is baked, transfer to a wire rack and let it cool. *Baking time will vary according to your oven so please adjust accordingly. *Be careful not to let the dough dry out when you are letting it rise or rest. 【材料】15cm丸型ひとつ分 ★強力粉 160g (国産強力粉:春よ恋) ★砂糖 15g   ★塩  2g ●水 80g ●ドライイースト(赤サフ) 2.5g 32g Milk牛乳 32g 無塩バター(室温) 12g ドライクランベリー 50g 艶出し用: 豆乳 小さじ1 (Or牛乳、溶き卵など) 【作り方】 ①水にドライイーストを加えて混ぜる。 ②ボウルに材料(★)を入れて泡立て器で混ぜる。 ③①と牛乳を粉の中央に加えて混ぜる。 ④テーブルの上に置きこねる。 (約10分) ⑤バターを加えてさらにこねる。 (約5分) 最後にドライクランベリーを加えてこねる。 捏ねあがりの目安は生地を伸ばしてみて薄く膜が張ったように伸びてくれればOkです。捏ね不足だと薄く綺麗に伸びません。 ⑥生地が滑らかになったら丸めて、暖かい場所またはオーブン(約35℃)に入れる。 (一次発酵) ⑦生地が2倍位になったら取り出し、手で押してガスを抜いて、生地を丸めなおし、15分休ませる。 (乾燥しないように上に濡らした固く絞った布巾などを被せる) ⑧生地を手で押して生地内のガスを出し、丸めてバターを塗ったケーキ型に入れる。(またはクッキングシートをカットして敷く) ⑨2倍位になるまで暖かい場所またはオーブン(約35℃)に入れる。 (二次発酵) ⑩生地を傷つけないように上に牛乳を刷毛で塗る。 ⑪190℃に温めたオーブンで17分焼く。 焼き上がり後に型ごと何度か落とす。 ⑫ワイヤーラックの上で冷ます。 *焼き上がったらすぐに食べないときは密閉容器かビニール袋に保存します。 *焼く時間はオーブンによって異なりますので、それに応じて調整しお願いします。 *発酵中やベンチタイム、成形時は生地が乾燥しないよう気を付けて下さい。(乾燥するとパンが膨らみません、手早くやること、濡れ布巾などを被せるのも乾燥を防いでくれます)

    We made a charm using almost entirely material from the 100 yen shop! We're not great at drawing so we colored into decals. We used cookie molds because the shape makes it easy to understand what it is even only with the frame. You can enjoy creating cheap DIY's thanks to 100 yen shops like Cando or Daiso. We live in blessed times! We received a comment that said that MosoGourmet seem to only make food crafts, but recently we've been getting the itch to get into things such as sewing and other handicrafts! *Recipe* 1. Cut the plastic molds from Cando into 5cm squares, write the direction of the plate, and do a test bake. It is convenient to know the characteristics of the board because it shrinks and warps differently depending on them. 2. Mark it with masking tape so that you can see the vertical and horizontal directions and the front and back of the mold. 3. Cut the mold. If you want to make several, make the design face the same direction. The mold should be neatly shrunk by now. 4. File the entire surface so that the back of the mold is curved, with a #400 file from Daiso. 5. When the entire unit becomes white, remove any debris with a wet tissue. 6). When the mold is dry, place a cookie mold on its surface and take out its shape with the file. 7. Color in with color pencils. This time, we used a watercolor pen. Watercolor pencils are sold in 12 colors at Cando and Daiso. 8. In the case of a watercolor pen, blur the color with a brush (from Daiso) containing a small amount of water (Daiso also sells paint plates). If you want to make it darker, add some color with the watercolor pen before it dries. 9. Cut a little inside the frame with scissors or a cutter. It's difficult to cut the fine parts, so we used eyebrow scissors. 10. Bake in a preheated toaster oven for about 2 minutes. Put it on the oven sheet (colored side up) and keep it in the oven toaster, keeping an eye on it while it shrinks. When it stops shrinking, take a breath and take it out the oven sheet. 11. Place it on a hard, flat surface that is resistant to heat and press it with a metal tray. Be careful, it's hot! 12. When it cools down, apply your favorite top coat. This time, we used a water-based topcoat spray (a matte "Mr.hobby"). When it dries up, spray it on the back side (the colored side) to prevent discoloration. 13. Attach your favorite accessories. This time, we drilled holes in it with a hand drill (from Cando) and a pin vice, and attached a crab that I bought at Daiso. Round-nosed pliers and finger holders can be purchased at a 100 yen shop. 14. All done. We'd like to make it again! ほぼ100均アイテムでプラバン Shrink Plastic を使ったチャームを作りました。絵心が乏しいので着色は写し絵の色塗りだけ。形も枠だけで何かわかる工夫がされているので、クッキー型を使いました。100円ショップ(キャンドゥ、ダイソー)のおかげで安く手作りが楽しめる。いい時代だ。 妄想グルメは食品工作みたいだってコメントがあったけど、最近、本来の傾向の、お裁縫や工作などクラフト系やりたい虫が疼き出してるな。 *レシピ* 1.プラバン(キャンドゥ)は5センチ四方に切り、板の方向を書き込んで試し焼きをする。板によって縦横の縮み方、反り方が異なるので、その板の性格を知っておくと便利です。 2.プラバンの縦横の方向と表裏がわかるようにマスキングテープなどで印を付ける。 3.プラバンを切る。いくつか作る場合はデザインの縦横を同じ方向にする。プラバンの縮み方が揃ってきれいに仕上がる。 4.プラバンの裏を400番のヤスリ(ダイソー)で回すように全面やすりをかける。 5.全体が白くなったらウエットティッシュなどでゴミを落とす。 6.プラバンが乾いたら、ヤスリをかけた面にクッキー型で枠の型を取る。 7.色鉛筆で着色する。今回、水彩色鉛筆を使いました。水彩色鉛筆はキャンドゥとダイソーで12色入りが売られていました。 8.水彩色鉛筆の場合は、少量の水(絵具皿はダイソー)を含ませた筆(ダイソー)で色をぼやかす。濃くしたいときは乾かないうちに水彩色鉛筆で書き足す。 9.ハサミやカッターを使って枠のほんの少し内側を切る。細かい部分は切りづらいので眉毛切バサミを使うとうまくできました。 10.2分ほど予熱したオーブントースターで焼く。オーブンシートにのせ(着色面が上)、オーブントースターに入れると数秒で縮んでくるので目を離さないこと。縮むのが止まったら一呼吸おいてオーブンシートごと取り出す。 11.熱に強い、固く平らな物の上に置き、金属のトレイなどでプレスする。熱いので気をつけて! 12.冷めたらお好みのトップコートをする。今回は水性トップコートスプレー(Mr.hobbyの つや消し)をしました。乾いたら裏面(色鉛筆の面)にもスプレーし色落ちを防ぐ。 13.好みのアクセサリーパーツを付ける。今回はハンドドリル(キャンドゥ)やピンバイスで穴を空け、ダイソーで買ったカニカンを付けました。ラジオペンチや指かん(ダイソー)も100円ショップで買うことができます。 14.でけた。また作りたい。 #DIY #Charms #ShrinkPlastic #craft #手作り #プラバン #工作

    Jello eyeballs in a clear jello mold. This would be an impressive and fun dessert for a Halloween party. EYEBALLS: 1 (3-oz) box Strawberry Jell-O 3 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin 1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk boiling water and cold water Blueberries food colour 1/4 cup white sugar Eyeballs- white part: Sprinkle 2 envelopes of gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water. Allow to sit for a few minutes. Add 1/2 up boiling water and stir until gelatin dissolves. Mix one cup of boiling water with one can of sweetened condensed milk. Add gelatin/water mix and stir until smooth. Allow to cool to room temperature. Eyeballs- Iris: I made way to much of this mixture, so you could probably scale this down. Sprinkle an envelope of gelatin over 1/2 cup water, allow to sit for a few minutes. Add 1/2 cup boiling water and 1/4 cup white sugar. Stir until gelatin and sugar are dissolved. Pour into small bowls, the number will depend on the number of eye colours you want. Add food colour to achieve desired eye colour. Grease bottom and top of sphere mold lightly with cooking spray. Place small amount of coloured liquid in first to form iris and then add a blueberry in the center. Chill until firm. Fill sphere molds with the room temperature white liquid. Allow to chill for at least an hour, if you peek too soon the liquid with make a mess. Unmold and refrigerate. ****Note**** The above recipe makes enough for about 12 eyeballs using the mold I had. I ended up preparing another 1/2 recipe of the white part to get the number of eyes in my dessert. CLEAR SUSPENSION JELLO: 6 envelopes (42g or about 1.5 oz) of unflavoured gelatin 4 cups cold water 4 cups boiling water 2 tsp flavouring (I used tartaric acid) you can you any flavour you want. 1-2 cups white sugar Place cold water in a large saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over the top and allow to sit until gelatin softens. Pour in the boiling water and stir. Add sugar and stir. Heat on medium heat until mixture is clear. Remove from heat and allow to come to room temperature. We will be tiering three cakes using my vanilla cake recipe and my American buttercream recipe. I coloured the cake a beautiful tiffany blue teal and painted the edge of my icing using gold luster edible dust. After marbling my frosting I used my piping bag to pipe really easy gorgeous Russian piping tip flowers using my favorite piping nozzles. To create a simply stunning cake perfect for baby showers or bridal showers. This cake would even make the perfect center piece for a birthday party!     A little while ago, after watching Jenna Marbles's video "Corn on the Cob But Instead of the Corn Bone It's A Hotdog" at https://youtu.be/4VosRKPBGE8 we thought to ourselves: "This is a trick corn on the cob recipe... we have to do it!" So finally, we took up the challenge. More than we had anticipated, attaching the corn proved to be really difficult, but we pulled it off. (We met Jenna Marbles in 2015 at YouTube Space Tokyo. She was overflowing with love!) *Recipe* 1. Peel off the skin of washed potatoes (we used the May Queen variety this time.) Produce a net weight of 300 g. 2. Heat them for about 6 minutes in a 600W microwave oven. 3. Add 20 g of potato starch, 10 g of Parmesan cheese, and 2 pinches of table salt. Mash the potatoes. 4. Wrap 3 sausages (90 g) with #3. A little of #3 was left over. 5. Attach 275 g of canned corn to #4. The work was quite difficult. There wasn't enough corn, so we were able to make only 2 corn on the dogs. 6. Lightly spread salad oil onto some aluminum foil. Tightly wrap #5 with the foil. 7. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. 8. It's done. Writing that in letters took hardly any time at all, but the work was super difficult. When attaching the corn, we were somehow able to do the work by wrapping the corn on the dogs with plastic wrap and holding the corn on the dogs down. Great for breakfast or as a snack. 紅玉をレンチンしてフィリングを作ったら、生クリームたっぷりの贅沢な生地で包んで、アップルリングに^^ 形は不格好ですが、味よしなのでボツにせずに出すことにしました。 紅玉にはお砂糖は少なめにしてあえて甘酸っぱい感じにしました。 少しきゅんとする味わい深いパンです♡ チャンネル登録お願いします♪ Subscribe to my channel https://www.youtube.com/user/soramomo0403 【Ingredients】18cm  Aluminum Ring Mold Pan ★200g  Bread flour ★20g  Sugar ★3g Salt    ★6g Non-Fat Dry Milk Powder 100g water   3g  Dry yeast 50g Heavy Whipping cream(35% fat )     20g Unsalted butter(room temperature) -egg wash- Add 1/2 egg and 1 tsp water and whisk very well. *non melting powdered sugar The best milk temperature for the dough: About 30℃ for spring and autumn. About 10℃ for summer, and about 45℃ for winter. For the filling: Apple(200g) 30gGranulated sugar 5gLemon juice ①Peel and core the apple, and cut into small pieces. ②Put the apples into a  bowl and add the  sugar. ③Wrap loosely with plastic wrap. ④Microwave (600W) for 5 minutes. ⑤Add the lemon juice and let it cool. 【Directions】 ①Combine water, and dry yeast. ②Combine the dry ingredients (★)and mix together with a whisk. ③add the ① and Heavy Whipping cream and mix. ④Put it on the table and knead. (10mins) ⑤Add butter and knead more. (5mins) ⑥Make it round, then leave it at a warm place until it gets twice as bigger. (primary fermentation) ⑦punch it down and form it into a ball. Cover with a damp cloth and let rest for 15 minutes. ⑧Roll the dough into a  rectangle with the long. (Dust with flour if it sticks) ⑨Spread the filling on the dough, leaving 3cm of the top edge free. (adding some cinnamon sugar or raisins at this point makes it really good!) ⑩Roll it up, starting from the edge nearest you. Pinch the seam firmly to close and secure, or it will fall apart! ⑪Grease a ring pan lightly with butter. Cut the roll into 8 pieces with a sharp knife. ⑫First,arrange pieces on the top and bottom of each side of the pan. Put the remaining pieces in the gaps, cover with a damp cloth and leave it at a warm place until they get twice as bigger. (secondary fermentation) ⑬Brush the apple rings with egg wash and bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 22 minutes, until golden brown. ⑭Remove from the pan and place it on a wire rack to cool. ⑮Sprinkle with non melting powdered sugar  using a tea strainer (or drizzle on the icing)Happy Baking! 【材料】18cm  エンゼル型 ★強力粉 200g   ★砂糖  20g  ★塩 3g   ★6g スキムミルク  水 100g 3g ドライイースト(赤サフ) 生クリーム(脂肪分35%) 50g   無塩バター(室温)  20g   *溶けない粉糖 -塗り玉- 卵(L)1/2個に水小さじ1を加えてよく混ぜる *水の適温: 春・秋は、約30℃、夏は、約10℃、冬は約45℃です。 フリング: りんご(200g) グラニュー糖 30g レモンジュース 5g ①りんごはよく洗って皮をむき、小さく切る。 ②耐熱ボウルに入れて砂糖を振り入れる。 ③ラップをする。 ④600wレンジで5分加熱する。 ⑤レモン汁を加えて冷ます。 鍋でもok! 紅玉を使ったので皮も加えています。皮を入れることでほんのり ルビー色に。 【作り方】 ①水にドライイーストを入れてよく混ぜる。 ②★印の材料をボウルに入れて泡だて器でぐるぐる混ぜる。 ③ボウルに①と生クリームを加えて混ぜる。 ④台の上に取り出してこねる(10分) ⑤バターを加えてさらにこねる(5分) ⑥丸くして綴じ目を下にして、ボウルに入れて上から固く絞った濡れ布巾を被せて、2倍の大きさになるまで暖かい場所に置いておく。(一次発酵) オーブンに発酵機能があれば35℃で35分ほどでOk ⑦2倍になったらボウルから取り出して生地を手で押して、生地のガス抜きをして丸めなおし、再び濡れ布巾を被せて15分置いておく。(ベンチタイム) ⑧生地を20cm × 25cm位の大きさに伸ばし伸ばす。 ⑨上端3cmほど開けてりんごを乗せる。 (お好みでここでシナモンをふったり、レーズンを乗せても◎) ⑩手前から生地を巻いていき、リンゴが乗っていないところを巻き終わりにして、生地を手でつまんでしっかりと綴じる。 ⑪ロール状になった生地を8つにカットして、バターを塗った型に並べる。 ⑫はじめ型の4か所に入れてから残りの生地を隙間にいれる。2倍の大きさになるまで暖かい場所に置いておく。 (二次発酵) ⑬刷毛で卵液を塗り、180℃に温めたオーブンで22分ほど焼く。 ⑭型から取り出してワイヤーラックの上で冷ます。 ⑮完全に冷めたら上に溶けない粉糖をふる。 (アイシングを絞っても◎)

    My son's friends were wondering why a made a poop emoji cake for Halloween, lol! This is a very simple Halloween cake that anyone can make. Halloween cupcakes: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLQhvHiBS6HlFJ31t_4NdOrRItmIjGE-W7 Fudgy chocolate cake from a cake mix: 1 chocolate cake mix (I used Devil's food chocolate) 1 package chocolate pudding mix (4 serving size) 4 egg whites 1/2 cup water 1/3 cup plus two tablespoons vegetable oil (I say one tablespoon in the video, that was an error) 1 cup sour cream Put all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix on low until combined and then on medium/high for two minutes more. Scrape the sides and the bottom of the bowl to make sure all ingredients get incorporated. Pour into three well greased round cake tins. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (or with only a few moist crumbs and the center springs back slightly when pressed) Let cool in pan for a few minutes and then turn out onto cooling rack(s) This cake is dense and fudgy and delicious, it is a bit thicker than regular chocolate cake but it is very good and excellent for sculpting and is durable.     We wanted to try something inspired by street food so we created this dish. Crispy and chewy, the melted cheese flows out for a delicious taste! If this was on the menu of a Yatai food stall or a food truck, we would definitely order this dish. We think this would be even more tasty if jalapeno or something else spicy was added! *Recipe*. (Makes 20) 1. Make cross-shaped cuts in 250 grams of May Queen potatoes and wrap in plastic wrap without while still wet. 2. Heat in a 600 watt microwave oven for 4.5 to 5 minutes. 3. Peel and crush with 20 grams of butter and a pinch of salt. 4. Mix in 5 grams of milk and 60 grams of corn starch. 5. Cut two pieces of "sakeru cheese (string cheese)" into 20 equal pieces. Reserve 40 grams of pizza cheese. 6. Wrap one piece of string cheese and 2 grams of the pizza cheese with the potato mixture and roll into a ball shape. 7. Deep fry in 180 ℃ oil for 3 minutes 8. Done. Just like a dish at a Yatai food stall. ストリートフードに憧れる妄想グルメ。 今回はこんな感じのが食べたくて作ってみました。 カリッ もちっ。そしてチーズがとろっと出てきて おいしい! 屋台やフードトラックにあったら絶対に頼んじゃうと思うな。 ハラペーニョとかの刺激があったらもっと美味しいかも! と思ってたらtrader vic'sにそういうのあるみたい。 全然ストリートフードじゃない。 *レシピ*(20個) 1.洗ったメークイーン 250gは十文字に浅い切込みを入れ、濡れたままラップに包む。 2.600wの電子レンジで4分半~5分ほど加熱する。 3.皮を剥き、バター 20g、塩 ひとつまみを加え潰す。 4.牛乳 15g、片栗粉 60gを加え混ぜる。 5.さけるチーズ 2本は20等分に切る。ピザ用チーズ 40gを準備する。 6.15gほどの4で5のさけるチーズとピザ用チーズ 2gを包みコロコロと丸める。 7.180度の油で3分ちょい揚げる。 8.でけた。屋台で売ってる風ですな。 #japanese #streetfood #cheeseballs

    100均のシリコンモールドを使ってミニミニクッキーを作ってみました。ほんのり焼き色がついてちょっとレトロな雰囲気に焼き上がります。ミニミニサイズなので、型に生地を詰め込んでもあっという間にしっかり冷えるので、型抜きがめっちゃ楽しいです! 綺麗に形を残しつつ焼くためにしっかりと冷凍庫で冷やして下さい。 ちょっとしたプレゼントにも◎ バターが香る優しい味のクッキーです^^ チャンネル登録お願いします♪ Subscribe to my channel https://www.youtube.com/user/soramomo0403 【Ingredients】 45g  unsalted butter   45g Powdered suga 18g Whole egg Vanilla oil 90g  Cake flour 20g Almond flour 【材料】 無塩バター 45g 粉糖 45g 全卵 18g  バニラオイル 薄力粉 90g アーモンドプードル 20g 【作り方】 準備:バターは冷蔵庫から出しておく。 (混ぜやすい硬さになればok、ただし溶けたりしないようにする) 卵はよく溶いて、18g量っておく。 (きちんと量ってください。卵は必ず室温で。冷蔵庫から出したてはバターに加えたときに分離して混ざらないため) 【作り方】 ①ボウルにバターを入れゴムベラで混ぜて柔らかくする。 ②粉糖をふるって加え、バターとよく擦り混ぜる。 (粉糖もダマになりやすいのでふるって加えたほうがきれいに混ざります) ③バターと粉糖がきれいに混ざったら、ここに溶き卵を少しずつ加えてその都度よく混ぜる。 ④あればバニラオイル加えてよく混ぜる。 ⑤ここに薄力粉とアーモンドプードルをふるい入れ、ゴムベラで切るように混ぜていく。 混ざってきたら、少しだけボウルにすりつけるようにして、全体がなじむように混ぜる。 混ざってくるとだんだん生地がひとかたまりになってきます。これでクッキー生地の完成! ⑥この生地をラップで包み冷蔵庫で1時間寝かせる。 こうすることで生地が落ち着いて美味しくなります。 ⑦冷蔵庫から取り出した生地を少し扱いやすい硬さにして、小さ目にちぎってからシリコンモールドに素早く丁寧に詰め込む。 このレシピの量で動画内のシリコンモールドちょうど3枚分が作れます。 ⑧シリコンモールドからはみだした生地をカードなどで切るように取り、ラップをかぶせて上から綺麗に整える。 ⑨型ごとそのまま冷凍庫に20分ほど入れて凍らせる シリコンモールドには何も塗らなくても、しっかり冷凍することで生地は綺麗に抜くことができます。 ⑩生地を型から取り出し、ベーキングシートの上などに乗せる。 シリコンモールドが1枚しかないときはこれを繰り返し、型から抜いたクッキーは冷凍庫で冷やしておく。 ⑪材料分の生地がすべて型から抜けたところで、全部を並べて冷凍庫で再度15分ほど冷やすとよりクッキーの模様などが 綺麗に残るように焼くことができます。 ⑫オーブンをしっかりと160℃に温め、15分焼いて出来上がり! オーブンの温度も大事! 予熱は特に重要です。 しっかり庫内が温まっていると、きれいに崩れず焼き上がります。しっかり温まっていないと、(温度が低いと)焼ける前にバターが溶け出してきて、形が綺麗にキープできません。 ●今回、チョコレート用の小さなモールドを使いました。 ダイソーさん商品です。 このサイズ感だと綺麗にいきますが、これ以上大きくなると すべてが変わってくると思いますので、できれば冷菓用、チョコレート用の小さなシリコンモールドを型代わりにお使いください。 ●味を変える時は薄力粉の一部を好きなパウダーに変えます。 (例:薄力粉90gの内3-5gを減らしてその分抹茶などを加える) 粉糖を使うのはよりサクサクに焼きあがるためと、表面が綺麗に焼きあがるためです。 アーモンドプードルは美味しくするために加えています。 (味は変わりますが、アーモンドがダメな人はその分を薄力粉にしてください) ●たくさん作ってジップロックなどに入れて冷凍庫などで保存、好きな時に焼きましょう! 冷凍保存後は2週間を目安に使い切る。 ●ラッピング opp袋はそれに合わせて買うのは大変なので、100均などで手に入るもので対応しましょう。 縦に5個並ばなくても小さめopp袋に4個入ればそれはそれで、可愛らしいです♡

    ニューヨークチーズケーキ | New York cheesecake 表面はこんがりと~湯煎焼きにするので中はとろりんクリーミーに焼き上がれば「NYチーズケーキ」の出来上がり! ベイクドチーズケーキ、レアチーズケーキ、スフレチーズケーキとチーズケーキの種類も沢山ありますが、皆さんはどれがお好みですか? チャンネル登録お願いします♪ Subscribe to my channel https://www.youtube.com/user/soramomo0403 【Ingredients】5.9inch (15cm)round Cake Pan crust: 70g cracker crumbs 35g melted unsalted butter filling: 200g Cream cheese *softened   65g granulated sugar 90g Sour cream 2 Eggs(beaten egg)(100g) 100g Heavy whipping cream 5g Lemon juice 12g  flour 【Directions】 Preparation: Spread out parchment paper on the bottom and sides of a cake pan.(cover with aluminum foil) Beat the egg well and weigh the needed amount. Preheat the oven to 170℃. ①Mix the crushed crackers with the melted butter thoroughly. Spread on the bottom of the cake pan. ②Pack the crackers into a mold covered in parchment paper, pressing down firmly Let it sit in the fridge. ③Take the granulated sugar and mix it into the softened cream cheese with a Whisk. ④ blend all the ingredients of the filling with  a whisk. Sour cream→Beaten egg→Heavy whipping cream→Sifted flour→Lemon juice ⑤Finally,sieve the mixture into a bowl. Boil water. ⑥Put the mixture in the pan. ⑦Pour hot water in the baking sheet about 2cm. ⑧Bake it in the preheated oven (170°C) for 40 mins. Turn down the oven heat to (160°C)and bake for 15 mins. ⑨Cool the cake in the pan, and when it's completely cool, cover  with plastic Wrap and put it in the fridge. *Let sit in the fridge overnight, and it'll be so delicious the next day♪ *About the water-bath baking By having hot water in the baking sheet, the cake becomes moist. 【材料】15cm 丸型 クラスト: 砕いたクラッカー 70g 溶かしバター 35g フィリング: クリームチーズ 200g グラニュー糖 65g サワークリーム 90g 卵2個(100g) おおよそM2個 生クリーム(乳脂肪分36%) 100g レモン果汁 5g 薄力粉 12g 【作り方】 下準備: 型には底の部分とサイドにクッキングシートを敷いておく。 (底取れ型を使うときはお湯が入るので底の部分をアルミホイルで覆う) 卵は溶いて必要量、計量しておく。 オーブンは170℃に温めておく。 ①クラッカーは厚手の袋などに入れて麺棒などで細かく砕いて、溶かしたバターを加えてよくもんで混ぜる。 ②型のの底に①のクラッカーを平らにならししっかりと上から押さえつけて使うまで冷蔵庫へ入れておく。 ③ボウルに柔らかくしたクリームチーズとグラニュー糖を入れてよく混ぜる。 ④残りの材料を順に加えてその都度よく混ぜる。 サワークリーム、溶き卵、生クリーム、ふるった薄力粉、レモン果汁 ⑤材料が全部混ざったらこれを一旦目の細かいザルなどで濾す。 湯煎焼きに使うお湯を沸かす。 ⑥型に④の生地を流し入れる。 ⑦あればアルミのバットなどに④を置きお湯を型の2cmくらいまでくるように注ぎ入れる。 無ければ天板に型を置きお湯を注ぎ入れる。 ⑧170℃に温めたオーブンで40分焼き、その後160℃に下げて15分ほど焼く。 ⑨焼き上がったら型のまま冷まし、冷めたら上にラップをして冷蔵庫で冷やす。 *翌日の方が美味しくなります。 *湯煎焼きにすることでしっとりと焼き上がります。

    These jello dentures would actually be fun just on their own and not suspended in gelatin. I found this idea here. I used her recipe as a guide and modified it slightly. I changed this recipe by adding a full envelope of gelatin to the gum mixture and used 3/4 of a can of sweetened condensed milk plus some white food colour. Glad I did add the extra because I had to add so much more liquid to get the colour I wanted. I also added an extra couple of envelopes of gelatin to the clear mixture to make it firmer.     We made a completely black soup! With an innocent-faced white ghost made of dumpling flour floating in the middle, it's an ideal snack or dessert for after lunch. * Recipe * To make the white ghost flour ball (normal sized ghost 7, small sized ghost 6) 1. Add 90g of silken tofu to 100g of rice flour and knead well. The amount of water varies depending on the silken tofu. Be careful not to make it too soft. 2. Somehow, mold it into a ghost shape. The standard size is 15g for a normal ghost and 8g for a small ghost. 2. Pass through boiling water. Boil the white ball for about 1 minute. 3. Cool in ice water and place on an oven sheet. 4. Draw a face with black food dye and a small amount of water. Draw this after the surface has dried a bit. Bamboo skewers are useful for drawing mouths and rounded eyes. To make the black soup 5. Put 60g black sesame paste, 20g honey and 20g sugar in a small pan. 6. Add 150g of hot water little by little, and mix. 7. Add 50g of milk and mix. 8. When it starts boiling, add 3g of starch and 15g of water to add a little thickness. 9. Place the result of step 4 in the bowl and pour the result of step 8 over it. 10. Bon appetit! Rice flour dumplings don't float. ...Yeah, of course we knew that... (whoops) 真っ黒いスープを作りました。 とぼけた顔の白玉おばけを浮かべて、おやつや食後のデザートにどうぞ。 *レシピ* おばけ白玉を作ります(目安 普通サイズおばけ7 ちびサイズおばけ6 ) 1.白玉粉 100gに絹ごし豆腐 90gを加えよくこねる。絹ごし豆腐によって水分量が違うので様子を見ながら加えてこねる。柔らかくしすぎないように気をつける。 2.なんとなく おばけの形に成形する。大きさの目安は普通おばけ15g、チビおばけ 8gです。 2.沸騰したお湯で茹でる。白玉が浮いてきたら1分ほど茹でる。 3.氷水にとり冷やし、オーブンシートなどの上に並べる。 4.黒の食用色素を少量の水で溶き顔を描く。3の表面が少し乾いてから描く。丸で目を先端で口などを描くのに竹串が便利でした。 黒いスープを作ります 5.小鍋に黒ごまペースト 60g、ハチミツ 20g、砂糖 20gを入れる。 6.お湯 150gを少しずつ加えながら混ぜる。 7.牛乳 50gも入れ混ぜる。 8.火にかけ沸騰してきたら、片栗粉 3gを水 15gで溶いたものを加え、ほんの少しとろみを付ける。 9.器に4を並べ、8を注ぐ。 10.いただきます。白玉団子は浮かないよ。。。ええ、もちろんそんな事は知ってたさ(汗) #halloween #ghost #dark #black #soup #recipe #howto

    Candy corn, either you love it or you hate it! This version tastes somewhat like the commercially made versions but it is a lot tastier. It is easier to make than you think. 1 cup white sugar 2/3 cups light corn syrup 1/3 cup butter 1 tsp vanilla 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar 1/3 cup powdered milk 1/4 tsp salt red and orange gel or paste food colour Combine the powdered sugar, salt and powdered milk in a bowl, set aside. In a medium sized saucepan, place granulated sugar, corn syrup and butter. Stir and heat over medium heat until it comes to a gentle boil. Turn the heat up to medium/high and continue to cook, stirring occasionally until the temperature reaches between 245-255 F. Most recipes on the interwebs tells you to heat to 230 F. I didn't have much success with that. Once at temperature, take the pot off the heat and stir in the vanilla and the powdered sugar mixture. Stir until smooth. Turn out onto a surface covered with foil, waxed paper or a silicone mat. Divide into three portions. Tint one yellow and one orange by working food colour into the dough with a spatula. Allow to cool enough so that you can handle it with your hands. Follow methods outlined in video to get your candy corn pieces. ***if your dough get too hard too fast, place the pieces in the microwave for 5 seconds at a time until pliable**** Cut into pieces and allow to cool and dry at room temperature for a couple of hours. Store in an airtight container. The pieces may stick together slightly, but a gentle shake of the container with split them up nicely.   • Creepy Candy Spiders for Halloween

    **CAUTION** Molten candy is very hot and can CAUSE SERIOUS BURNS. This is NOT a suitable recipe/method for children. These would also make a very nice decoration to add to a halloween cake 🙂 I won't lie, these spiders can be time consuming, but the result is so awesome! A few of these candy spiders on a platter for a Halloween would be fun. These are delicate and break easily and probably won't travel well. They start to melt a bit in a humid climate within 8-10 hours and will get sticky. These are best made and consumed the same day 🙂 You will need: Werther's Original caramel candies (about 2 candies per spider) Macadamia nuts Whole peanuts Brown food colour Vodka or some other kind of clear alcohol Place caramels several inches apart on a cookie sheet covered with silicone mat or parchment. Bake at 325F for 5-6 minutes or until they melt into a puddle. I found that the best time to take them out was when small bubbles start to form in the puddles (but not too many). These will scorch and burn REALLY fast, so don't leave the kitchen when melting them. Set a timer or park yourself in front of your oven door and watch them. Once melted you have a couple of choices: -Use a toothpick to pull and draw the melted candy into little check mark ( L) shapes. I found that pulling the end of the leg into a very thin pointy shape looks best. -Allow to cool until set and then remove legs OR - allow the caramel puddle to cool enough so you can mold it into a spider leg with your fingers. **BE CAREFUL MOLTEN CANDY CAN CAUSE SERIOUS BURNS** You will have sore fingers at the end of this endeavour, but you may end up with better looking legs. Either way you will have to put the caramels back into the oven to soften for a few minutes as these harden super quick. ***MAKE MANY MANY MANY EXTRA LEGS, AS BREAKAGE IS INEVITABLE ***** You will use the caramel to attach the head (peanut) to the body (macadamia). You can use some of the melted caramel from your cookie sheet pieces or you can melt a couple in a small pot or skillet on the stove on low heat and just grab small dabs with a toothpick. If you have salted nuts just wipe them off a little to remove and salt and oil. You can use a creme brule torch to heat the ends of the spider legs to melt them and attach them to the body. I just dipped the end of the legs into melted candy in my little skillet and pressed and held them to the body until set. Mix a little bit (tiny, tiny bit) of brown food colour with a tablespoon or so of vodka and use a pastry brush or clean paintbrush to "paint" body and tops of legs. You can skip mixing it with the alcohol if you want, but diluting it allows you to use less and avoids having concentrated food colour on the spider (this can taste bad and make everyone have brown tongues and teeth, lol). Preheat the oven to 160°C. ①Put dark chocolate  and butter in a bowl,then double boil and melt. ②When the chocolate is melted, add  sugar, and beaten egg in order, then mix well. ③Shift and add cake flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder,then mix well. ④Pour ③ into the  baking cup, and put Oreo(Cocoa cookies) on top. ⑤Bake at 160℃(320°F)for 16min. ⑥Cool completely on wire rack. *Stick into the brownie with a banboo skewer. It's done if nothing sticks to the skewer, but be careful not to bake too much. *When the heat went away, put it in a plastic bag or wrap it. *The texture is thick and delicious, but it is even better on the next day or later. 【材料】6.5×6.5cm H2.5cm 紙型 6個分 ビターチョコレート(ダースビター) 150g  無塩バター 75g   卵(L)室温 3個   グラニュー糖 75g 薄力粉 75g     ココアパウダー 15g   ベーキングパウダー 3g トッピング用: オレオクリスピー(ココアクッキー) 【作り方】 準備: 卵はよく溶いておく。 オーブンは160℃に温めておく。 ①ボウルにチョコレートとバターを入れ、湯煎にかけて溶かす。 ②チョコレートが溶けたら、砂糖と溶き卵を順に加えてよく混ぜる。 ③薄力粉、ココアパウダー、ベーキングパウダーをふるって加え、よく混ぜる。 ④型に③を注ぎ入れ、オレオを上に乗せる。 ⑤160℃に温めたオーブンで16分焼く。 ⑥ケーキクーラーの上で冷ます。 *もっと小さめの型で焼く場合は温度は同じで焼き時間を少し短くします。 *粗熱が取れたら、ビニール袋に入れるか、ラップをして乾燥しないようにします。 *焼き上がりのサインは竹串を刺してみて何もつかなければokですが、焼きすぎは生地がパサついて美味しくなくなるので、焼きすぎ注意です。 *翌日の方がより美味しく食べることが出来ます。

One eyeball per serving! 1 (3-oz) box Strawberry Jell-O 3 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin 1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk boiling water and cold water Blueberries food colour 1/4 cup white sugar Eyeballs- white part: Sprinkle 2 envelopes of gelatin over 1/2 cup cold water. Allow to sit for a few minutes. Add 1/2 up boiling water and stir until gelatin dissolves. Mix one cup of boiling water with one can of sweetened condensed milk. Add gelatin/water mix and stir until smooth. Allow to cool to room temperature. Eyeballs- Iris: I made way to much of this mixture, so you could probably scale this down. Sprinkle an envelope of gelatin over 1/2 cup water, allow to sit for a few minutes. Add 1/2 cup boiling water and 1/4 cup white sugar. Stir until gelatin and sugar are dissolved. Pour into small bowls, the number will depend on the number of eye colours you want. Add food colour to achieve desired eye colour. Grease bottom and top of sphere mold lightly with cooking spray. Place small amount of coloured liquid in first to form iris and then add a blueberry in the center. Chill until firm. Fill sphere molds with the room temperature white liquid. Allow to chill for at least an hour, if you peek too soon the liquid with make a mess. Unmold and refrigerate.
