My husband and I both love this new crib-bed! It works as both a crib or a bed/daybed, so we won’t need to purchase a new bed as she gets older. I love that it’s made with real wood and is very sturdy. Really high quality in its construction, materials, and finish. The height of the sleeping area adjusts for four different heights. We can lower it so Baby won’t climb out and raise it and remove either side for a toddler bed.
Plus, the assembly process was very simple. There is just the two ends, the two sides, the spring frame, and two support boards to reinforce everything. I used the included hex wrench to connect the side to a support board with four screws. Pre-drilled holes and inset metal nuts made it very secure and easily done.
Then, I attached the two ends along the top and bottom rails. I inserted the spring frame with four screws and added the “filler” screws in the three empty slots. And, for a day bed, that’s all. For a crib, just attached the support board to the other side and attach. It took… maybe twenty minutes? So simple. I love how the styling is classic yet updated in elegant ways. It would look great in, well, any kind of decor, really. Beautiful, well-made, and ready for years of loving use!
